Well I pray to all the heavens

That all the lonely people

Would have someone tonight

I pray that all the lost and weary

Find somewhere warm to sleep
Hoping that the lost and weary find a warm and comforting place to rest.
And I pray someone would pray for me

And I pray that all the armies
Expressing a desire for global peace by praying for disarmament.

Wishing for a world where military conflicts cease.
And that I won’t need mine either

I pray that every newborn baby

Has a loving family

And I pray someone would pray for me
