Drunken Road
Navigating Life's Chaotic Symphony: Drunken Road InsightsLyrics
I may have travelled too far down the drunken road
I may have gone too far along the path of excessive drinking
Sometimes I don't know the things I've done
At times, I am unaware of the actions I've committed
I get carried away, or so I'm told
I tend to get carried away, as others have informed me
Trying to have some fun before I die
Attempting to enjoy life before my eventual death
But after drinking until 5
After consuming alcohol until 5 AM
It's hard to feel alive
It becomes challenging to truly feel alive
That's why some folks avoid the drunken road
Some people choose to avoid the path of excessive drinking
Met a lot of strangers, became friends
Encountered many strangers who turned into friends
Even though some I had to meet again
Despite some initial awkward encounters
You can always find a party on drunken road
There is always a party atmosphere on the path of excessive drinking
Nice to remember you're not alone
It's comforting to remember that you're not alone
And with your buddies at your side
With friends by your side
It's hard to think why
It's difficult to understand why some people avoid excessive drinking
Some folks never take the drunken road
Sometimes I feel like my life is in shambles
Expressing a feeling of life being chaotic and disordered
I'm scrambling to find out what to do
Struggling to figure out the right course of action
But I can't blame the bottle
Not blaming the bottle for troubles, similar to a killer not blaming a gun
Anymore than a killer can blame his gun
An acknowledgment that personal responsibility is crucial
I don't know why
Expressing confusion about the reasons behind certain actions
But for the time being
However, for the present moment
It looks like I'll be taking the drunken road
It seems like I'll continue on the path of excessive drinking
Sometimes I feel like my life is in shambles
Repetition of the feeling of life being in disarray
I'm scrambling to find out what to do
Reiterating the struggle to find a clear direction
But I can't blame the bottle
Repeating that the bottle is not solely to blame for troubles
Anymore than a killer can blame his gun
Emphasizing personal accountability, akin to a killer and their gun
I don't know why
Reiterating a lack of understanding for current actions
But for the time being
But, for the time being
It looks like I'll be taking the drunken road
It appears that I'll continue on the path of excessive drinking
