The younger version of me would have resorted to bitterness and alcohol.

I would drown my frustrations in alcohol until a cab arrived.
But this the grown me, check the testimony
The present me is mature, and my life is a testament to that.

I am the creator and director of my own life's performance.

I'm taking a moment to breathe instead of being caught up in a rat race.

Had to let go of this Peter Pan syndrome
I've let go of a youthful reluctance to grow up (Peter Pan syndrome).
I'm in my prime, it was time to fully get grown
I am in my prime and fully embracing adulthood.
And quarterback my career like I'm running the wish bone
I am taking charge of my career as if I'm running a wishbone offense in football.
If it wasn't clear before, I'll for sure be making it known

That this what I was put on this earth to do
I believe I was put on this earth to pursue my passion.
What I been striving for since birth to do
