After exhausting all resources, facing a turning point
After giving up his last

Unable to obtain the necessary funds to move forward
So the boy become a man
Final realization of adulthood
Had to make his final stand
Confronting the inevitable, making a last stand
And he died without a friend to do him honor
Dying without the support or recognition of friends
