And will not follow the law of the king
Refusal to abide by the king's law
Let the judgment be executed speedily
Calling for swift execution of judgment
Be it unto death, or to banishment
Punishment, either death or exile
Attend unto me, and you shall hear me
An urging to listen carefully
I mourn my complaint, and will make a noise
Expressing grief and planning to voice discontent
Because of the voice of the enemy
Due to the sounds made by adversaries
Cast iniquity, in wrath they hate me
Accusing enemies of casting wickedness and hating in anger
God of their fathers, sent by his messengers
Reference to the God of their ancestors and messengers sent by him
He had compassion of all his people
God's compassion toward his people
But they mocked his messengers, and despised all his words
Disrespect towards God's messengers and words, leading to consequences
Until the wrath of God against his people
Resulting in God's anger against his people
If I whet my sword, and mine hand take judgment;
If I prepare for justice and take action
I will render vengeance to enemies
Promise to retaliate against enemies
Our adversaries said, they shall not know, neither see
Belief that enemies won't be aware of impending danger
Till we come in the midst and slay them in their sleep
Planning to attack enemies while they're unaware and asleep

Demanding submission and respect
