Past hardships may not seem as severe in retrospect

Everyone has their own share of challenges
But you know nothing lasts
Understanding the impermanence of all things

Old emotional wounds may not reveal much about a person
Don't tell you much
Scars may not tell the full story of an individual
It's a good story
Every experience is valuable if one has the time to listen
