Planning to change perspective after being amidst the clouds.

I'm not too worried about

I try to ignore its embrace

Trying to disregard the embrace of sadness or negativity.

I'm up

I'm down

Signifying alternating between high and low points emotionally or physically.

I'm sick

Experiencing illness or emotional distress.

Then I'm sound

Transitioning from distress to a state of well-being.

I want noone around

Desiring solitude upon reaching a low point.

When I hit the ground

Seeking isolation when hitting rock bottom.
