I feel this is the day
I feel that today is a special day.
my couch is just the place to be
My couch is the ideal place for me at this moment.
I lie down and dream away
I lie down on the couch and escape into my dreams.
No work, no rush can bother me
No responsibilities or urgency can disturb me.
Some say that life is hard
Some people describe life as challenging.
And there are people cold as ice
There are individuals who are emotionally distant.
I just serve them in a cup
I metaphorically serve their coldness in a cup.
And then i lick it up with cookie crumble
I then enjoy and savor it with cookie crumble.
I’m not perfect, baby, that’s ok
I acknowledge that I'm not perfect, but that's acceptable.
I wouldn’t want it any other way
I prefer being imperfect and wouldn't change it.
I paint you pictures of what it’s like,
I create mental images to illustrate the experience.
when life’s just sweet, sweet as a lollipop
Life is delightful, akin to a sweet lollipop.
No one will bring me down down
No negativity will bring me down.
I’ll just stay right up on the top
I will remain on top and positive.
And take a little break to enjoy myself
Occasionally, I take a break to indulge and enjoy.
I am the king of the divan
I proudly declare myself as the king of relaxation (divan).
Some say that I’m a fool
Some people may view me as foolish.
But they just do not understand
They fail to comprehend my perspective.
I live by my own rules
I live life according to my own principles.
Under nobody’s command
I am not under anyone's authority or command.
