Underestimated, orchestrated every day
Feeling underestimated and manipulated on a daily basis.
As you've blinked your eyes, a dozen a dime
Suggesting the rapid passage of time as represented by blinking eyes.
Nobody conspires
Asserting that nobody is conspiring against the individual.
You'll finish school, life's four, five years away
Expectation of completing school with life seeming a few years away.
But you know all these years, they've died along the way
Reflecting on the passage of time and the experiences lost along the way.
I've got my papers in my pocket, worked hard for them every day
Having tangible achievements (papers) obtained through hard work.
Well it gets me money, but takes my dreams away
Acknowledging that work brings financial gain but may hinder dreams.
And I can not just knock it off, I can't knock it off,

Society decides
Stating that society plays a role in determining this transition.
I've been waiting, debating the daily grind left efficiency aside
Waiting and contemplating the daily grind, moving away from efficiency.
And, oh, it should be decertified
Expressing a desire for the current state to be officially declared invalid.
It's a state of mind
Describing a particular mindset or mental state.
Society decides
Reiterating that society has a determining role in this mindset.
I've been waiting, and fading into a kind
Continuing the theme of waiting and transitioning into a particular state.

Reiteration that society is a deciding factor in this transition.
I've been waiting, to make it all or make a fall and lose it all
Anticipating either achieving everything or experiencing a significant downfall.
If the world's the gift, give it all
If the world is a gift, the suggestion to give everything back.
