Feeling as though waking up from a distressing experience.
Where nobody could hear me
Sensation of being unheard or unnoticed by others.
I open my mouth and I can’t scream
Unable to vocalize or express oneself adequately.
This river’s carrying me downstream

And I can’t swim cause I can’t move my limbs
Feeling paralyzed or unable to act, leading to inability to navigate difficulties.

And here comes the part where I drown
Anticipating or accepting the moment of succumbing to overwhelming circumstances.
Just when I finished standing up all the
Symbolizing the completion of organizing thoughts or aspects of life.
Dominoes in my head
Despite efforts to manage thoughts, they return to their original chaotic state.
Yeah they’re standing up again

I fear I’m fading away

Feeling infected or affected negatively.

Thought process being delayed or slowed down.
Oh, I can’t think
Inability to process thoughts or make rational decisions.
My limbs paddle out of sync no I can’t think
Physical and mental coordination disrupted, leading to further inability to act.
