Ye That Tempteth, Ye That Bequeth
Ethereal Rebellion: Unveiling Immorality in a Sinful LimboLyrics
Imagine the starry eyed audience chasing us through (the cold slop of) reality
Envisioning an audience full of starry-eyed individuals pursuing the band through the harsh reality.
Exhibited as mannequins (in a menage a trois), our design would be their wounds
Being displayed like mannequins in a three-way relationship, the band's artistry would cause emotional wounds to the audience.
We would never follow the script, never pass them but a fake smile
Refusing to conform to societal expectations, the band wouldn't follow a predetermined script and would only present fake smiles to the audience.
And every movement would be motley, dispelled from morals
Every action of the band would lack consistency, deviating from moral standards.
And in the sky there would never be any trace of angels
In the imaginary scenario, there would be no evidence of angels in the sky.
Yhe virginal air would be vaguely transparent
The pure air would have a vague transparency, suggesting a surreal atmosphere.
Yet it would always be somewhat bright
Despite the surrealism, the environment would always retain some brightness.
The wind would carry us
The wind would carry the band forward.
(Through enormous roars of enthusiastic applause)
Amidst enthusiastic applause, the band would progress through their performance.
Ye would herald the age of immorality, vividly,
The band would symbolize and introduce an era of immorality in a vivid manner.
Ye would bequeath me the most precious jewelery
The audience, represented by "Ye," would gift the band valuable jewelry as a bequest.
Ye seem like such lovely girls, in a most sinful limbo of dreams;
Despite appearing charming, the band exists in a sinful state of dreams and desires.
We should be an oblique part of the opaque scene
The band desires to be a subtle part of a mysterious and unclear scene.
And in the sky there would never be any trace of angels
Similar to earlier, the sky is depicted as devoid of angels.
The virginal air would be vaguely transparent
The pure air continues to possess a vague transparency and perpetual brightness.
Yet it would always be somewhat bright
The wind would carry us
The wind continues to propel the band forward through the applause.
(Through enormous roars of enthusiastic applause)
