So I divided my one bedroom flat,
Dividing living space into smaller units for profit.
Into four separate smaller flats
Creating multiple smaller living spaces for increased revenue.
And furnished them with premium appliances.
Furnishing the subdivided spaces with high-quality items.
The devil isn't just in the detail,
Highlighting the presence of negativity in the details.

Emphasizing the pervasive influence of negative elements.
I advertised at 7 percent above the market rate,
Advertising the subdivided units at a premium rate.
To attract a higher class of renter.
Seeking tenants of a higher social and economic class.
Its close proximity to the city,
Highlighting the advantageous location of the living spaces.
Makes it an attractive proposition to a high flyer in finance,
Attracting financially successful individuals or families.
Or a family with four incomes.
Noting the potential for multiple sources of income.

Linking client quality to the value of the asset.
So I specified that claustrophobics need not apply.
Excluding those with claustrophobia from consideration.
After all if you can't fit all of your possessions in one room,
Addressing the issue of possessions and potential greed.
Then you've probably got a problem with greed.
Suggesting a judgment on excessive materialism.
I prefer to keep my questions to a minimum,
Advocating a minimalistic approach to questions and information.
Operate a don't ask, don't tell.
Adopting a policy of not seeking unnecessary information.
It helps when things get sticky a little bit further down the line,
Preparing for challenges or difficulties in the future.
When reality starts to kick in.
Anticipating a reality check and potential obstacles.

Emphasizing the competitive and harsh nature of the business world.
It's dog eat dog, it's a jungle out there.
