Unveiling Life's Jagged Edges: A Dive into Fall Silent's War PoetryLyrics
Like blind men we grope at textures.
People are navigating through life without a clear understanding, like blind individuals feeling their way through various experiences.
In a world afraid to touch.
The world is depicted as fearful and hesitant, avoiding genuine connections or interactions.
We shelter ourselves from danger,
Individuals create a protective barrier to shield themselves from potential harm or threats.
From life which could threaten us.
We avoid engaging with the challenging aspects of life that could pose a risk to us.
And then by risking nothing, we're risking even more.
Paradoxically, by refusing to take risks, we expose ourselves to even greater risks.
So feel, hurt, and bleed.
The suggestion is to embrace and experience emotions such as pain and suffering as they lead to a deeper understanding.
It's the high road to understanding.
Experiencing pain and bleeding emotionally is seen as the path to gaining insight and comprehension.
It's the jagged edges, that keep us questions.
The difficulties and challenges in life, represented by jagged edges, provoke questions and introspection.
It's the jagged edges, that keep us running.
The same jagged edges are what motivate and drive individuals forward in life.
The ones who with eager fingers,
Those who eagerly seek connection may encounter pain and challenges, depicted as jagged edges.
Reach arms out, out to caress.
People reaching out to touch and connect may find themselves facing the difficult and painful aspects of life.
They find that those jagged edges,
The jagged edges, while causing pain, can lead to a sense of completeness or wholeness.
Which pierced him have finally made him whole.
Individuals who endure pain and piercing experiences may find a sense of completeness or fulfillment.
It's the jagged edges, that keep us questioning.
The challenges and difficulties, symbolized by jagged edges, are what keep us engaged in questioning and seeking understanding.
The jagged edges
Reiteration of the idea that the jagged edges, representing challenges, are an integral part of our existence.
