You try and convince me

Freedom isn't free

So let me say what freedom means to
Personal perspective on freedom reiterated.
It cannot mean to serve ourselves
Rejecting the idea of serving oneself under the guise of freedom.
That doesn't mean a thing
Asserting that self-service is meaningless.
It doesn't mean to give the license
Rejecting the idea of using freedom as a license for self-gratification.
To seek ourselves in anything
Highlighting the enslavement caused by self-indulgence.
That would be slavery to ourselves it isn't free
Stating a personal belief in the connection between freedom and faith.
Jesus Christ, the only thing that freedom means to me.
Declaring Jesus Christ as the sole embodiment of freedom.
