For inner peace

We're not the same
Declaring differences among people.
And we should see
Encouraging acknowledgment of alternative paths.
That other ways
Advocating for diverse approaches for freedom.
Make others free
Emphasizing the liberating aspect of other ways.
So who
Raising questions about judgment and authority.
Are we
Pondering the identity of individuals judging.
To judge
Challenging the right to pass judgment.
And take aim?
Questioning the act of taking aim at others.
And who
Repeating the question of identity and judgment.
Are we
Reiterating the question about casting stones.
To cast stones
Challenging the right to criticize those different.
At those not the same
Advocating acceptance of diversity.
Day by day
Highlighting the inevitability of daily change.
We all change
Recognizing the ongoing evolution of systems.
Systems change
Expressing a commitment to living for change.
We live for change
Embracing the transformative power of change.
so why can't we
Raising a rhetorical question about acceptance.
Accept others ways
Advocating respect for others' ways.
In respect
Encouraging learning from diverse perspectives.
To learn from our own
Emphasizing the importance of self-reflection.
