My momma named me as a healer, and she chose well

When I'm layin in my tomb, they will write it on my stone

Ensuring future generations remember the struggles of ancestors.
That their ancestors and parents fought through racism and wrongs
Highlighting resilience against racism and injustice.
In a world that rejected them but still they made their own
