If that's the case
Questioning the persistence of worry.
Then why do
Reflecting on the paradox of not knowing yet worrying.
I still worry
Expressing ongoing concern despite uncertainties.

Acknowledging a sense of inactivity or stagnation.
Always in a hurry
Always feeling rushed or in a hurry.
On the couch
Specific setting – on the couch at someone else's house.

I'll take a step back
Taking a step back for perspective.
Try to live in the present
Committing to living in the present moment.
And hopefully by then
Hoping to learn and grow from experiences.
I'll have learned my lesson
Recognizing the importance of learning lessons.
That there's no decisions
Accepting the lack of control over others' decisions.

Embracing the idea that some things are beyond one's influence.
And that's okay
Expressing contentment with the inability to control.
But I try to anyways
