I try to keep movin' but it always catches up to me

Stressing the importance of time in revealing the true nature of challenges.
Look for the good in the stories, time will tell
Encouraging a positive perspective on life stories despite hardships.
And when they follow the bad and the blue
Advising to keep moving forward despite encountering bad and challenging situations.
