As I lie awake at night
Contemplating challenges during sleepless nights
Towards your city lights
Directed towards the bright lights of a city, possibly representing societal expectations
Hoping you'd finally see this time for what it is
Hoping for a realization of the present reality, contrasting it with unfulfilled potential
Instead of what it could have been
Reflecting on the acceptance of moving forward and leaving the past behind

Embracing the idea of progression and personal growth
