Contemplating the idea of taking time off for leisure, trying to find solace in nature (ocean), attempting to quiet negative thoughts.

Birds in my ear, feeling alright

Experiencing a sense of contentment or peace, possibly influenced by nature's beauty and the absence of troubling thoughts.

So I'm taking it in small doses

Continuing to approach life's difficulties or stressors in controlled or limited quantities.

Reiterating the concept of managing life's challenges in small, manageable portions.


You can't rely on love to keep you alive

Love alone is not sufficient for survival or sustenance.

But I've found somebody to live for all of the time And she grew a garden out in the yard

Having found someone significant to live for consistently; noticing positive changes, possibly symbolized by a garden.

And for the first time I've noticed the stars

Noticing or appreciating small joys or beauty in life that were previously overlooked or unnoticed.
