In the beginning it was the Word
Referring to the creative power of the Word in the beginning.
Which gave life to living things
Connecting the Word to the source of life for living things.
Different beings spring from
Indicating diverse beings emerging from the Eternal True Light.
That one Eternal True Light
Highlighting the concept of one Eternal True Light.
He came unto his own but
Referencing Christ coming to his own, not widely recognized.
Not many knew Christ
Noting the lack of awareness about Christ among many.
But as many as received Him
Stating the transformative power for those who receive Christ.
To them He gave a new Life
Describing the gift of a new life to those who accept Christ.
And the power to become sons
Granting power to become sons of God and witnesses of the blue light.
Of God witnesses of that blue light
Connecting the physical body to an astral light beneath.
Beneath this physical body is an astral light
Pointing to the eventual return to the astral light after death.
That which you shall return to after this life
Characterizing death as an illusion and night as a passion.
Death is but an illusion, the passion of night
Expressing the belief that all will reach God with Christ's passion.
All men shall reach God with the passion of Christ
Reiterating the return to the astral light after this life.
And return to the astral light, after this life
Repeating the idea of returning to the astral light.
After this life

Repeatedly emphasizing the theme of lucid dreams and minds, encouraging self-awareness, detachment from the physical, trust in one's inner light, and a heavenly origin.
