And then-a sister eat the pizza and-a brother eat the pizza
Siblings also eat poisoned pizza, leaving only the mother and the narrator.
Now there's only-a mama and me
Current family situation - only the narrator and the mother remain.
And so I taking all the pizza and I throw it on the floor
Narrator reacts by throwing the pizza, losing the family.
And now I've got no family

Comes-a pizza from the oven in a box up to my door
Another poisoned pizza delivered to the narrator.

Delivery method of the poisoned pizza.
And I open up the box and see the poison on the pizza and oh!
Narrator's disappointment upon discovering the poison.
It-a ruin my day
Effect of the poisoned pizza on the narrator's day.
It's a perfectly good pizza and she bake it just for me
Recognition of the pizza's quality, despite the poison.
And now I have to throw away
Narrator has to discard the otherwise good pizza due to poison.
Eh, what-a she put on it anyway?

I dress up like a woman when my mama come along I say-a

Attempting to entice the mother into eating the pizza.
And she has a slice or four or five ah, mama Mia! Still alive!
The mother eats the pizza and survives, surprising the narrator.
Is there-a something wrong with me?
Narrator questions their own behavior and mental state.

It blow my Bolognese mind
The revelation is mind-blowing for the narrator.
She's not from Italy
