Well I'll just skip the boring parts chapters one, two, three
Expressing a desire to skip mundane or uninteresting parts of life and move to more engaging aspects.
And get to the place where you can read my face and my biography
Wanting to reach a point where others can understand the speaker's emotions, expressions, and life story.
Here I am, I'm eleven months old, dangling from my daddy's knee
Recalling an early memory of being eleven months old and held by the father.
There I go, it's my graduation
Reflecting on a graduation event, perhaps metaphorical, indicating personal achievements.
I'm picking up a bogus degree
Receiving a degree that might be perceived as insignificant or not genuine.
That's me
Identification with one's earlier self, emphasizing continuity despite changes.
Early me. That's me
Reiteration of the identification with an earlier version of oneself.
Well I never cared much for the money
Indifference towards wealth, implying a lack of concern for material wealth.
And money never cared for me
Money never held significant importance in the speaker's life.
I was more like a land-locked sailor
Feeling confined or restricted, seeking something unattainable or elusive.
Searching for the emerald sea
Metaphorically seeking a place of beauty or an ideal state.
Just searching for the emerald sea, boys, searching for the sea
Reiterating the quest for an ideal or perfect place.
Oh my God
An expression of surprise or awe.
First love opens like a flower
First love blossoms and unfolds like a flower.

Uncertainty or complexity accompanies the power of first love.
But tricky skies, your eyes are true
Despite challenges, recognizing the genuineness of someone's eyes.
The future is beauty and sorrow
Acknowledging the mix of beauty and sadness in the future.
Still, I wish that we could run away and live the life we used to
Desiring to escape and relive past experiences, if only briefly.
If just for tonight and tomorrow
Wishing for a return to past happiness, even if just for a short period.
I am walking up the face of the mountain
Symbolizing personal growth or overcoming challenges, ascending the metaphorical mountain.
Counting every step I climb
Consciously acknowledging each step taken towards progress or a goal.
Remembering the names of the constellations
Recollection of forgotten memories or details from the past.
Forgotten is a long, long time
Time has passed, making some memories fade into obscurity.
That's me
Identifying oneself in a moment of transition or uncertainty.
I'm in the valley of twilight
Metaphorically representing a transitional or uncertain phase.
Now I'm on the continental shelf
Metaphorically standing at the edge of familiarity and the unknown.
That's me
Identifying oneself in a moment of self-reflection and introspection.
I'm answering a question I am asking of myself
Engaging in self-inquiry, answering personal questions.
