And my gods within my image

I project my deities in my own likeness.

It is not enough to kindle the fire

Mere belief is insufficient; one must embody and become the driving force.

One must be the fire

Being the catalyst and source of transformation is essential.

It is not enough to face tomorrow

Merely anticipating the future is inadequate; action is needed in the present.

When there is time enough today

Don't delay, as there is ample time to act today.

So long this savage beast has been

A primal, untamed aspect of oneself has been dormant for too long.

Slumbered (too long)

This slumber has persisted excessively.

Shackled and bound no longer

No longer restrained and confined.

For I am both sacrifice and solution

The individual is both the offering and the resolution to the challenges.

Has the world made you?

Are you shaped by the world's influences?

Have you made the world?

Or have you, in turn, shaped the world?

There are strange times I ask you

The speaker questions the unusual nature of contemporary times.

Generations of messiahs

Multiple saviors across generations, possibly exploited or used for personal gains.

As grist to the mill

They are treated as mere material for a relentless system.

All with the world to sell

Many are eager to sell their version of the world.

And a world to win

There's a world waiting to be won, yet people often remain myopic in their vision.

Yet looking no further

People are stuck in the past, focused on yesterday's authoritative figures.

Then yesterday dictator

Whether a dictator or traitor from the past, the fixation is limited to history.

Or yesterdays traitor

Continuing the emphasis on historical figures as a hindrance to progress.
