Referring to what is hidden beneath the surface
And remains on the surface
And what is visible or apparent
Don't blame all that is lost
Do not attribute the blame to everything that is lost
We revive ourselves
We bring ourselves back to life or recovery
I'll break it off
I will end it, cutting off all connections
Severing all ties
Severing all relationships
I won't look back
I will not dwell on the past
Fragments must realign
Pieces must come together again
Dimming the sparks
Reducing the brightness of what once burned intensely
That burned so bright

To build it up and break it off
To construct and then intentionally end it
There's more to keep and less to leave behind
There is more to retain and less to abandon
