I do know
Recognizing the inevitability of departure.
When it is
Identifying the time to leave or move on.
That I must go.
Accepting the necessity of parting.
For you can think of love
Reflecting on the possibility of love straying.
Wandering far from you,
Considering the idea of love wandering far from the speaker.
Or of a warm heart
Thinking about a warm heart, well wishes, and love.
Wishing well and loving you.
Expressing positive sentiments despite distance.
I do believe
Expressing belief in a particular way of living.
The way is
Indicating a path or approach to life.
To live.
Emphasizing the importance of living.
I have loved many
Acknowledging multiple experiences of love.
And you have, too.
Noting the shared experience of love with another person.
But with the strength of the young
Highlighting the strength associated with youthful love.
This love has memories,
Associating memories with the enduring strength of love.
They are worth to be sung.
Valuing and commemorating the memories of love.
