People in this world actually claim they possess,
People claim ownership of land, sky, and water.
Land and sky and water, but they try to forget,
They try to forget that everything, including what they build and kill, is from divine will.
That everything that they build and everything that

They kill, was handed to them by YOUR free will.
All possessions are gifts from a higher power.
Second hand gods, that's all we are. Not
We are like second-hand gods, manipulating and causing scars.
Creating... manipulating, and leaving the scars.
Robbing from nature out of greed and false prestige.
Robbing form the earth and stealing from the trees.
Exploitation of Earth and trees without genuine need.
Not out of need but greed and false prestige.
All belongs to the divine, and we can't truly own family or property.
But it's all YOURS ! What can we own? Not family,
A plea for surrender (SARANAGATI) to the higher power.
Property,.... it's all on loan.
A recognition that everything is on loan, not truly owned.
But our miserly minds, of "I", "ME", and "MINE"
Minds focused on "I," "ME," and "MINE" lead to wars for what's not truly ours.
Fight in wars for what's not ours so here's my plea
An appeal for surrender amid conflicts.
For SARANAGATI; surrender.
Surrender to the Supreme Friend.
I'm trying to understand YOU'RE the Supreme Friend.
Seeking understanding of the divine as the ultimate friend.
YOU'RE beside me and you guide me like no one else
Divine guidance is unparalleled.

Acknowledging the divine presence and guidance.
Help me see YOU in everything and everything in
Asking for the ability to see the divine in everything.

Expressing gratitude for the divine's actions.
When will I appreciate all that YOU do?
Seeking appreciation for all that the divine does.
Even pain in this world is to help us see the reality

Pleasure is only a temporary escape from pain.
I've tried to gratify my senses, but what have I
Fooling oneself with love and facing repeated disappointments.
Gained? This so-called pleasure is just a cessation
Attraction to romance leading to eventual heartbreak.
Of pain.
Feeling alone even in the midst of people.
Fooled myself with love, again and again. Attracted
Loneliness even among friends.
By romance and smashed in the end.
Unity with others, yet a distinct difference from the divine.
Surrounded by people, but left all alone. And even

Connection with others, but recognizing the divine as unique.
