My home is where I find comfort and belonging.
Don't try to keep me from my daily bread of songs
Do not prevent me from pursuing my passion for creating music, my daily sustenance.

I have been working throughout the day.

I have enjoyed my time of leisure and self-expression.

Been achin for a holiday
I have been yearning for a break or vacation.
Morning so bright you see
The morning is bright, awakening me from my dreams and addressing my vulnerabilities.
Awake me from my dreams, my broken seams
My dreams and aspirations have been disrupted or damaged.
Bottom of bottomless, upon I mop the floor
Dealing with a seemingly insurmountable challenge, metaphorically depicted as mopping the bottomless floor.
Mow the yard
Performing mundane tasks and responsibilities.
Around what I could do without
Reflecting on what is dispensable or unnecessary in life.
These wasted days believe me this one's mine
Despite days that may seem unproductive, they belong to the individual and are valuable.
So long I'm gonna find the world
I am determined to explore the world and break free from my current limitations.
That leads me far beyond this hole I found
Seeking a path that leads far beyond the limitations or challenges encountered.
