So much I don't know
Feeling helpless due to sickness.
But the cynicism ringing true
Choices are limited by circumstances.
The sickness got me and

There'S nothing else that I can do

Instead of fantasy, fears or denial
Prefer to be buried in the ground rather than living in illusions or fears.
