There are those who doubt you
Acknowledging the existence of doubters or skeptics.
Has there never been a moment?
Raising a question about moments of realization or enlightenment.
Where the light has shown the folly of our ways
Reflecting on instances where enlightenment exposes the flaws in human behavior.

Repeating the curse on men and their negative ways.
These are sick tormented days
Describing the current times as troubled and tormented.
Where man can slay man
Highlighting the capacity for humans to harm each other.
Physically, dementedly

Is that there's no better way

Describing a situation where emotional intensity is rising.
My heart and soul are devoured
Expressing the overwhelming impact on the speaker's heart and soul.
There is no where to go
Conveying a sense of hopelessness or being trapped.
I accept my fate
Resigning to the inevitable outcome or consequences.
