Our feet were cemented to the ground
Our feet felt heavy, anchored to the ground.
But our minds were flying away
Yet, our minds soared into a different realm.
We used the moonlight as a means to light our way
We utilized moonlight to guide our way.
The waves would goove like they were here to give us help
The waves seemed to groove, as if offering assistance.
We came for freedom
Reiteration of the quest for freedom.
To give up all the shackles that held our mind
To break free from the mental shackles.
