Despite lack of personal acquaintance, others keep speaking as if they know the person.

Having second thoughts before taking drastic actions.
No situation is better than me
Believes no one else has it better than them in this situation.
I'm trapped I'm hoping that I'll find the key

Searching for a solution but unaware of the correct approach.

Realizing mistakes in attempting to find a solution.
