but prices for lessons are too damn high

I thought drinkin liquor was all I need
I initially believed that consuming alcohol was the solution.
but all that it made me was sad and mean
However, alcohol only led to negative emotions of sadness and hostility.
So I took up smokin that cigaweed
I turned to smoking marijuana, but it worsened my memory.
and it just made worse my memory
The use of marijuana had a detrimental effect on my memory.
So I switched to the hard stuff and I like cocaine
I shifted to using cocaine, despite knowing its harmful effects.
But my doctor she tell me it eats your brain
My doctor warned me about cocaine's damaging impact on the brain.

I wish someone would tell me lies
Hoping for comforting falsehoods or untruths to ease the situation.
I took a vacation to Italy
I took a trip to Italy for a break.
If I knew the language I'd never leave
If I understood the language, I would never want to depart from Italy.

Realizing that such experiences don't solve my underlying issues.
