Expressing one's continuous connection to the Earth.
I never left earth
Personal experience of hardship and isolation.
I choked on my own blood
Struggling and facing danger internally.
Alone with my own gun
Being alone with one's internal struggles and conflicts.
Surrounded by no one
Isolation without the support of others.
And now that I'm gone
Even after departure, leaving a legacy or message.
I still sing my song
Continuing to share wisdom or insights through a song.
To try to keep the children
Promoting a message to protect children from violence.
Away from all the killing
Aiming to divert children from harmful activities.
To show them a new mission
Introducing a new purpose or goal for the younger generation.
Trying to keep some peace in their hearts
Working towards maintaining peace in the hearts of the youth.
