My whole wall is filled with posters

I used to be outspoken
Previously, the narrator used to be more vocal and expressive.
Doin' anything for someones attention
The narrator craved attention and was willing to do anything for it.
And when that changed I guess you thought
Others misunderstood the narrator's transformation as losing their true self.
That I was no longer me
The narrator found their authentic self despite others' perceptions.
Although I finally found me
Suggesting a separation from the false perceptions of self.
So take the other bodies
Metaphorically suggesting removing other people's expectations from the narrator's life.
And put them by the TV
Suggesting distancing oneself from societal pressures and influences.
You make real friends quickly
Contrasting the narrator's difficulty in forming genuine friendships compared to others' ease in doing so.
You make real friends quickly
Reiterating the narrator's struggle in building authentic connections with others.
But not me
Emphasizing the narrator's personal struggle in forming genuine friendships, in contrast to others.
