Spending time on meaningless activities when you should be actively engaging with the world.
Save your breath,
An admonition to refrain from speaking.
Until you can find words that won’t destroy someone’s sense of self,
Speak only when you have words that uplift and do not damage someone's self-esteem.
There’s no time,
There is no time to persist in the belief that every solution lies solely within your thoughts.
To keep yourself believing every answer is in your mind,
