Trusting in the Shadow: Embracing Faith Amidst Adversity

I won't be afraid anymore of the terrors by night
I will not be afraid of the terrors that come at night.
Or the arrow that flies by day
Or fear the dangers that occur during the day.
And though a thousand may fall at my side
Even if a thousand people fall beside me,
And though ten thousand may fall
Or ten thousand around me,
In Him I'll put all my trust
I will place all my trust in Him (God).
He who dwells in the secret place
The one who resides in the secret place
Of the Most High shall abide in the shadow
Of the Most High will dwell in His protective shadow.

I will hide in Your wings always
I will always find refuge under Your (God's) wings.
Your angels stand by to keep me in all my ways
God's angels are ready to protect me in all aspects of life.
And though a thousand may fall at my side
Even if a thousand fall beside me,
I will say in Him I trust
I will declare my trust in Him (God).
