There are always onlookers present after nightfall.
They say a sleep walking demon now bares down upon us
There's talk of a malevolent sleepwalking entity threatening us.
Rising from slumber in collective sub-conscious
This being is awakening from a collective subconscious and implementing measures for our extinction.
It's installing the software to prepare for extinction
It is installing a program to facilitate our demise.
I guess that's one way of making a living
Despite the ominous nature, this destructive force is just a unique way of making a living.

We will endure continuous pressure until we eventually break.

We will discover our limits and how much hardship we can endure.

At this moment, a critical situation arises, born from our collective thoughts.
The first convincing argument for intelligent design
The first compelling evidence for intelligent design is now confronting us.
Is staring back at us, we've poisoned the well
This evidence reflects our polluted state, and we are facing the consequences.
It knows us better than we know ourselves
The entity understands us more intimately than we understand ourselves.
And I wanna be there when the souls start to rise
I desire to witness the awakening of souls during this crisis.
It's anyone's guess as to what will survive but
The survival of elements is uncertain, and change is inevitable.
Everything must change and we've got energy to give, so
Everything must undergo transformation, and we possess the energy to contribute to it.
