Reflecting on a difficult period in 2017, reaching a personal low.
So I took my negative energy and used it to grow
Using negative experiences as a catalyst for personal growth.
I understand that each of us has been through our own hell

Manifest your dreams and you'll have nothing to fear

Take a meaningful breath and exhale bad energy
Advocating for releasing negativity through mindful breathing.
Stop overthinking move away from anxiety

There is a reason you are here, a reason to survive
Highlighting the importance of finding purpose and surviving challenges.
So make the best of the time that you have while your alive
