Navigating Life's Unknowns: Embracing the Journey with 'This Is Me'

Everyday I wake up late.
Expressing a habit of waking up late regularly.
Since I quit my day job I have been sane.
Since leaving the conventional job, feeling mentally stable, but acknowledging remaining obligations.
But responsibilities sure do remain, but I'll just let them wait.
Acknowledging responsibilities but choosing to delay addressing them.
Because I don't know what I am doing now,
Feeling uncertain about current actions or direction.
And I won't try to act like it 'cause I sure don't know how.
Not pretending to understand or act confidently when uncertain.
And I'll admit that I don't know, just where I'm going on this long and winding road
Admitting uncertainty about the future path on a difficult journey.
That's taking me to what till be my home.
Anticipating reaching a place that will become home despite uncertainties.
So stare and see that this is me,
Encouraging acceptance and acknowledgment of self as is.
And I will be just what I need to believe
Believing in being what's necessary for personal growth.
That something is what I'm gonna be.
Striving to become something meaningful.
And what you do is what you do and what I do needs to be true.
Emphasizing the importance of personal authenticity in actions.
The things I do maybe need to be thought through,
Recognizing the need for thoughtful decision-making.
But just remember what's right form, might be not right for you.
Highlighting that what's right for one might not suit others.
Staring at this mirror and I'm wondering who you are.
Questioning one's identity or self-discovery.
Right now is a time for searching and I just wish I had a car
Expressing a desire for exploration or seeking answers.
To drive a long distance and just think about the war,
Wanting space for contemplation, possibly on life's struggles.
And now life's got so much more.
Realizing life has become more complex or challenging.
Because I don't know what I am doing now,
Reiterating uncertainty about current actions or direction.
And I won't try to act like it 'cause I sure don't know how.
Acknowledging uncertainty without pretending otherwise.
And I'll admit that I don't know, just where I'm going on this long and winding road
